Ingredients

  1. Palm oil
  2. Pepper
  3. Onion (as much as u want)
  4. Dryfish
  5. Titus (tin)
  6. Seasoning
  7. Ginger
  8. Garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind/grate/jajjage ur pepper, onion ginger n garlic set aside

  2. 2

    Soak ur dryfish with salt and remove the dirt

  3. 3

    Slice ur onions desired shape

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan fry with onion add ur grated kayan miya and fry while frying add in ur fish, seasoning and onions keep on frying on a low heat, add ur Titus and another onions cover it for 2mins n serve😋😋
