    Parboil the rice and rinse with ordinary water.fry curry,onion,thyme,garlic and tumeric powder and water as is boiling pour in the rice,salt and seasonong cubes when is soft.

    Cut the green and red pepper,sweet corn,and avacado.

    Cut the cabbage and carrots mix with mayonnise.
