1 cupmurmura
2 spoon paneer
1 spoonoil
1/2 spoonmustard seeds
1/2 spooncumin seeds

1/2capsicum chopped
1tomato chopped
to tasteSalt, red chilli powder, garam masala
1cheese cube
2 spoonroasted peanuts
6 slicesbread
2 spoonghee for bread frying
as neededTomato sauce and mint chutney

Cooking Instructions

Take a pan, heat oil and add mustard seed, cumin seeds, curry leaves chopped onions,chilli, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, saute it then add chopped tomato

Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala, then add grated paneer and murmura

Heat some ghee in a tawa and roast bread in it

Put some bhel in bread and serve with tomato sauce, mint chutney, grated cheese and roasted peanuts.
