Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsNoodles
  2. 1/2 tspGarlic Chopped
  3. 1/2 tspGinger Chopped
  4. 1Green Chilli Chopped
  5. 1Onion - Sliced
  6. 1Small Cabbage - Sliced
  7. 1Capsicum - Sliced
  8. 1Carrot - Sliced
  9. 1 tbspSoya Sauce
  10. 1 tbspVinegar
  11. 1 tbspTomato Sauce
  12. 1/2 tbspRed Chilli Sauce
  13. 1 tbspOil
  14. to TasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water in a pan, add salt, few drops of oil and mix. Add noodles and cook till the noodles are 80% cooked.

    Take noodles out of water and run them under normal water once.Sprinkle few drops of oil and mix. Keep them aside.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and saute for few seconds in high flame.

    Add onion, green chilli and ginger. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

    Add cabbage, capsicum and carrot. Saute at high flame for another 2-3 minutes.

    Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, salt, vinegar and tomato sauce. Saute for few more minutes.

    Garnish with some chopped onion. Serve hot.
