Add water in a pot let it boil and add spaghetti,cover wit a lid and allow to cook till tender,sieve it and set aside

Grate onion scotch bonnet,add oil in a pan and add your greated veg, add seasoning an salt add cabbage and stir then break eggs and stir until well done,serve with spaghetti

It was a lazy Sunday. Me&friend woke up in starving tummies. We got our ass off bed,and hurry to nearest chicken noodle place. When we got there, it was sold out. Disappointed&Starved..We decided to cook breakfast by ourselves. And ta-daa! Much2 better than chicken noodle! ha ha!

My grandma use to make this sauce all the time and freeze the left over for quick easy meals during the week. Sometimes I get crazy and add black olives, green pepper, red pepper and sun dried tomatoes for a chunky sauce.
