    Wash ur kayan miya and dice into ur desired shapes

    Place a pot on fire add ur cooking oil fry with onions add hot water allow it to boil

  3. 3

    Den add ur sliced red, green pepper, scotch bonnet, tomatoes and seasonings den add ur couscous stir and cover for 3mnts den add ur sliced onions and Curry stir well reduce d heat to lower heat and cover for 5mnts
