Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 1 tsp eachBlack salt with cumin powder and black pepper mixed
  3. 6-7 Mint leaves
  4. 1/2Onion
  5. 1 sprigFew curry leaves
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 1 tsp grated ginger
  8. as requiredSabja seeds good for losing weight
  9. as neededIce cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixer jar add all ingredients except sabja seeds

  2. 2

    Grind altogether and pour lassi in long tumbler with ice cubes lastly add sabja seeds (soak 1 tsp in 1 cup water and after twenty minutes it is ready to use) and decorate with mint leaves.
