Ingredients

  1. for For stuffing:
  2. 3 tspoil
  3. 3Garlic pods
  4. 1 inchGinger
  5. 2 tspGreen onion
  6. 1Onion
  7. 1/2 cupCarrot
  8. 2 tbspCapcisum
  9. 1 cupPaneer
  10. 1 tspBlack pepper
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1.5 cup- Wheat Flour
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. as required Water to Knead

Cooking Instructions

    Take flour in a bowl, add salt, and Knead it. Cover it and keep aside for 20 mins.

    Now add grated paneer, mix it. Now add pepper and salt. Mix it and off the flame.

    Now, Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and ginger.

    Saute. Now add green onion. Saute for 1min.Add chopped onion, and cook for 2-3 mins.

    Now add grated carrot, and capsicum.
    Mix well saute it for 2-3 mins.

    Now take a ball from dough, roll it. fill the stuffing, and close it.

    Now place in a steamer, and steam it for 15 mins. Paneer momos are ready.
