Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsPaneer
  2. 1/2 cuphung curd
  3. 2 tbspgram flour (besan)
  4. 1/4 cupfresh cream
  5. 1 tbspOil
  6. 1 tbsppaprika
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tbspcumin powder
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 tbspdry mango powder
  12. 1 tbspblack salt
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 tbspfenugreek leaves
  15. as requiredChopped coriander
  16. 50 gramscorn flakes
  17. 50 gramsbread crumbs
  18. As neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan,roast besan till brown colour on low flame. Keep aside. Cut paneer into cubes in a bowl take 1tbsp oil and paprika.Mix well,add hung curd,fresh cream, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt both,dry mango powder, fenugreek leaves and coriander.Mix all gently.

    Now add paneer and mix it well. Marinate for half an hour. Take corn flakes in a blender.Blend it in a bowl mix cornflakes powder, bread crumbs, salt and red chilli and mix well.Roll the paneer into this.Heat the oil in a fry pan. Deep fry these until turn golden brown and crispy.Remove on kitchen towel.Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
