Seive your alabo in a bowl,Add 1 cube of maggi or seasoning of your taste

Add water and make a dough not too soft not too hard and make small balls then put it in hot water that is already boiling and leave it to cook for 10 minutes then seive and put it in a cool water

For your sauce blend scotch bonnet,red pepper,onions and put it in a pot and add your oil,stir it for some minutes and add your seasonings,salt and spice stir for 2minutes and its done
