Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast
  2. Blackening seasoning
  3. Mango diced
  4. Handfulcilantro chopped
  5. 1/4onion diced
  6. Jalepeno seeded and diced
  7. Small tomato diced
  8. Lime

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Coat chicken with blackening seasoning and bake at 350. For 35 min.

  2. 2

    Put remaining diced ingredients in separate bowl and squeeze one lime into ingredients to make mango salsa.

  3. 3

    Top cooked chicken with mango salsa
