Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscut cabbage into length vise no thick nor thin
  2. 1/2 cupGreen peas frozen or fresh
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspGinger garlic each
  8. 1tomato chopped
  9. as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing
  10. 2 tbsOil
  11. 1 onion chopped
  12. 1 tspcumin seeds or less

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds when crackle add onion saute a minute add ginger garlic again saute for a minute then add tomatoes and cook till 2 minutes or leaves the oil add all dry ingredients and saute mix well if need sprinkle little water if masala looks dry.

    Add green peas and cook for 2 minutes then add cabbage mix nicely and cook with cover the lid on slow heat for five minutes add coriander leaves. lt looks juicy and shiny.serve with roti,rice and Parantha.it is yummy and tasty.
