Ingredients

  1. 300 gmsMoong dal
  2. 2 tspgaram dal
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  6. 1 tspCoriander
  7. 2 tspginger chilli paste
  8. as requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    First soak all the dal for 5 to 6 hrs and now crush this dal and make a mixture.Stir this mixture for 5 mins,so that vada becomes crispy.

    Now add salt baking soda,ginger chilli paste,turmeric and Coriander in it.

    Now heat the oil and deep fried the vada for 5 mins on medium flame. Vada is ready now you can have it with tomato ketchup green chutney and chilli and onion.
