Ingredients

6 person's
  1. 1 cupgreen chillies, cut into 1" pieces
  2. 1 tablespoonfennel seeds
  3. 2 teaspoonsfenugreek seeds
  4. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  5. 1 tablespoonsmustard seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoonasafoetida
  8. 6 tablespoonsmustard oil
  9. 2 tablespoonsvinegar
  10. 2 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine the fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds in a pan and dry roast on a medium flame for 1 minute.

    Cool completely and blend in a mixer to a fine coarse mixture.

    Cut into green chillies 1" pieces.

  4. 4

    Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Put in an air - tight container and keep at room temperature for 2 days and then refrigerator.
