Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmunh dal soaked Overnight
  2. 1 tbspsemolina
  3. 1 cupmalai
  4. 3 cupmilk
  5. 1 cupWater
  6. As neededchopped dry fruuits
  7. 1/1/2 cup ghee

Cooking Instructions

    First grind moong dal, fine paste.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a wok, roast semolina 1 minute, then add grind dal and roast it on medium low flame.

    Keep stirring at low flame.

  4. 4

    When dal roast well till light brown, add warm milk and water and malai.

  5. 5

    When halva will thick, add sugar to taste and chopped dry fruits.

  6. 6

    Cooked it for 2..3 minute.

  7. 7

    Take bowl add halwa, garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve hot.
