Cooking Instructions

Slice onions finely.Place them in a bowl and add salt,gramflour and other masalas.Leave it aside for few minutes.Onion releases water.Add 1 tbsp warm oil.Add chopped coriander or curry leaves.Sift all together and adjust salt.Sprinkle little water so that gramflour coats the onion.Add ajwain.Heat oil in a wok and fry pakoras in high heat in batches till crispy.Serve hot with coriander,mint chutney and tomato sauce.
