To crumble idlis,smear your hand with oil is what I discovered.

Ingredients

15 minutes
two servings
  1. 8-10Idlis
  2. Few Curry leaves
  3. Few coriander leaves
  4. 2Green chillies
  5. As per tasteSalt
  6. ForSeasoning:
  7. 4 tbspOil
  8. 1 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1 tspchana Dal
  10. 1 tspurad dal
  11. PinchAsafoetida

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Spread oil in your hand,crumble the left over idlis.

  2. 2

    Take a kadhai, add oil,mustard seeds,chanaDal, urad Dal,turmeric,green chillies,asafoetida,curry leaves.

    Allow them to crackle,then add crumbled idlis,saute it in oil for few minutes,add salt,then put off the stove.

    Garnish it with coriander leaves.
