Take a bow add maida,oil,ajwain,salt and water as required. make a soft dough. Test of 15-30 minutes

Take mixer jar add all dry ingredients and make powder and keep a side.

Tak a dough make a big chapati. After that cut round shape with round cutter.

Add stuffing in middle and spread maida paste to edges of round and close with another round shape and press it properly. Close with frock.

Take a kadai add some oil for frying after gets heat add one by one add stuffed papdi and fry till gets brown in colour.
