Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmoong dal
  2. 250 gramsgrated mawa
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupclarified butter
  5. 3 cupsmilk
  6. 1 cupchopped pista,almonds and cashews
  7. 1 tspcardamom powder
  8. fewdrops of yellow colour
  9. 2 tsptutti frutti

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a heavy bottom wok put dal roast in brown colour after roasted then grind in powder base.

    Take a wok put grated mawa then roast in pinkish colour.

  3. 3

    Take a wok put clarified butter then butter hot then add roasted moong dal roast in dark brown colour.

  4. 4

    Then add sugar,dry fruits,milk and cardamom powder mix well and cook.

    Then cook in slow heat then halwa consistency.

  6. 6

    Then moong dal halwa serve garnish tutti frutti and whole cashews.
