Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlOats
  2. 1/2 bowlJaggery
  3. 1/2 bowlMix dry fruits
  4. 3 tablespoonsGhee
  5. 1/2 teaspoonCardamon powder

    First of all grind the oats coarsely then grind dry fruits not fine but coarsely. We take a pan and put it on stove on medium flame. Put ghee one spoon, jaggery and 3 spoons water. After jaggery melts we will take a small bowl of water. When the jaggery Will be like thick syrup,we will put it in a bowl of water. If the jaggery will look like chocolate in water then we add oats and dry fruits on it. Mix all ingredients. Lastly add cardamon. Now apply ghee on hand and make small balls.

    We can keep 7 to 8 days in a air tight container.
