Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 150 gmspaneer
  2. 150 gmsmushroom
  3. 1 1/2 spoonbutter
  4. 3/4 cuptomato puree
  5. 2onions
  6. 2 tablespoonsginger paste
  7. 2 tablespoonsgarlic paste
  8. as requiredSalt
  9. 1/2 tablespoongaram masala
  10. 1/2 tablespoonjeera
  11. 1/2 tablespoonred chilli powder
  12. 1/4 cupmilk
  13. 4 tablespoonsghee
  14. 2 tablespoonsmalai
  15. 1/2 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  16. littleCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the paneer and mushroom in cubes. Chop the onions.

  2. 2

    First of all sit a pan on stove in medium flame. Put ghee dein add jeera. After jeera done add ginger garlic paste and saute till aromat. Now add onion and saute until brown. Dein add mushroom and paneer in it. Fry until they tender. Now add tomato puree and mix it well.

    Stir it well till all ingredients coat evenly. Sprinkle red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt mix it well. Make sure ingredients are evenly coated with spices.

    Pour in the milk and cream in the paneer mushroom mix.Now cover the kadaie for cook.let the oil separate in kadhai. Add butter in kadhai wait till butter melts. Wait till gravy thicken. Take it off the flame and transfer the item in another bowl.

    Garnish with coriander leaves in plate.
