I get asked all the time "how do you make your coleslaw?" I always say I just throw some ingredients together until it tastes right... and that's what I really did. Well I finally took the time to measure and actually write it down. This is how I make mine, but you can adjust any of the ingredients to your own taste preference.Make sure you make the dressing separately and it tastes right before you mix it in with your veggies.

We really like the taste of the sauce that's used in this salad, it came from a recipe for broccoli salad that we make. Sweet and sour, you can adjust the sugar for sweetness. I should warn you that the sauce will liquify and become soupy while it chills. I usually use the juice

This recipe is just for a small batch of coleslaw, but it can easily be doubled for serving a larger crowd. Instead of mayo, you could also use sour cream or plain yogurt, or do a mixture.

This recipe can be used as a side or stuff into a wrap won ton or springroll/eggroll

Great for a bbq.
