Ingredients

  1. 212 oz. packs deluxe Coleslaw cabbage mix
  2. 1small Onion
  3. 1/3cup Sugar
  4. 1/2cup White vinegar
  5. 3/4cup Hellmans mayo
  6. 1tbs. Lemon juice
  7. 1/4cup Milk
  8. 1tsp. each, salt and pepper
  9. 2tsp. Celery seed

Cooking Instructions

    Mix sugar and vinegar.

    Put onion in food processor and mince.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients (except cabbage) and process on med. high until well mixed, about 15 seconds. Rest mixture for 1 minute, then process again for 15 seconds.

    Add mixture to cabbage in large bowl.

    Refrigerate 4 hrs., stirring occasionally. Will thicken up on standing.

    Mix well and serve.
