  1. 1/3 largegreen cabbage
  2. 2 largecarrots
  3. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  4. 2 tbspwholegrain mustard
  5. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  6. 1 tbspwhite wine vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Peel outer layer of the cabbage and discard

    Shred cabbage into fine strips

  3. 3

    Peel and grate carrots

  4. 4

    Combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and olive oil in a large bowl

  5. 5

    Add cabbage and carrot in batches to ensure they are well covered

  6. 6

    Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving

  7. 7

    Toss well before serving
