As we know that beetroots are very healthy & one can put it in super food category. But to make kids eat beetroot is hard task. Beetroots do not come in favourite food list of almosteverbody. So I tried making chips which are favourite of all and can be enjoyed with dip, tea or as you like.

Celeriac Chips Celeriac Chips
They're fluffy like potatoes, so I tried making this. My husband also likes this dish.If you slice the celeriac as-is each piece will seem quite big, but once you fry them they'll reduce in size by 70%.Deep-frying them slowly and thoroughly gives them a crispy texture. The unique flavor of celeriac will also be reduced. Sweet Potato Chips Sweet Potato Chips
I love the salty butter flavor of "Osatsudoki" snacks, and wondered if I could recreate it at home. I gave it a try and my family loved it.☆So I published the recipe. If you slice the sweet potato too thick, it's difficult to quick-fry. Please be sure to adjust the flavor in Step 1. I added salt last, and it was nothing but a lump of salt in the end.I'm scared of flying hot oil, so I combined the oil and the sweet potato together. The oil doesn't have to be pre-warmed for you to be able to quick-fry. Oven-Baked Vegetable Chips Oven-Baked Vegetable Chips
By using the oven, you can skip the hassle of flipping and avoid using oil. Plus, you can make a large batch at once, which is great! These are a healthy and gentle snack for your body.About this recipeI wanted to create a healthy snack that you can eat without worry, so I came up with this recipe. While you can make these in the microwave, it requires flipping and you can only make a small amount at a time. If you want to make a large batch without flipping, the oven is recommended. みにぱぐ214Translated from Cookpad Japan
