Wash and grate cabbage

Add spice and seasoning add cornflour(sieved),flour(sieved)and mix

Make small balls and refrigerate for 15 min,the fry on low heat

Keep turning using metal spoon Until golden brown and place on kitchen tissue or clean kitchen towel

For the sauce in a blender add scotch, onion,red pepper,oil and 1/8cup water then blend until smooth

Pour the blended sauce in a pan and allow the water to evaporate,add little oil and keep stirring for 5min

Add some soy sauce and seasoning keep stirring,add water add da balls and close the pot let it cook for 5 min
