Avocado Cocoa Slices

Today I have got something super delicious made out of avocado. This not only gives you creamy and divine taste but is the healthiest version of dessert. The fine combination of nuts, avocado and dark chocolate will take you to the next level of pleasure.
This guilt- free recipe is a must try and absolutely easy to make.
To all avocado lovers, this is highly recommended.
Cooking Instructions

Blend almonds, coconut, cocoa, dates and coconut oil in a food processor. Once combined add it to lined baking tray and pat down until firm. Place tray in freezer.

Blend avocado, banana, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract and peppermint oil in a food processor. Once combined add it onto base layer. (Ensure base is relatively hard)

Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave or using double boiler method. Add this to base and mint layer. Spread the chocolate quickly as it will start to harden as soon as it touches the rest. Pop up the whole thing into freezer until serving.
