This is so easy and assures that the poached eggs come out gooey and just perfect, foolproof!

As long as you use good quality Large free range eggs, and simmer them for just 4 minutes they are delicious!

I use my own hens eggs they're amazing and nothing like shop bought ones.
This recipe is so easy and foolproof just watch the little video it's as simple as that!

Ingredients

  1. Large Organic Eggs
  2. Pan of water
  3. Oil or spray oil
  4. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl, line it with A large square of cling film, spay it lightly with oil, add salt and pepper.

    Crack the large egg into the cling film, wrap and tie the cling film, place a small hole in the top of the cling film with a sharp knife!

    Heat up your pan of water so it comes to a slow simmer.

  4. 4

    Once it’s gently bubbling add your egg parcel. Set a timer for 4 mins!

  5. 5

    Lift out, it should feel like the texture of mozzarella! Carefully cut open the parcel! Drain off any liquid!
