Salt and pepper
1 tbspwater per egg

Spray muffin pan cups with cooking spray. Crack one egg each into the muffin cups, add one tbsp water to each. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper.

Bake at 350° for 12-13 min

Remove with a rubber spatula.
