Ingredients

  1. Spaghetti
  2. Tumeric
  3. Ginger
  4. Garlic
  5. Omions
  6. Shallot, dry onions
  7. Spices, seasoning & salt
  8. Veg.oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and rinse tumeric, garlic, onions and ginger well

  2. 2

    Wash your mortar and pound no1 above add shallot and dry onions and pound all together

  3. 3

    Place your clean pot on medium heat, add a little veg.oil. Allow to heat for a little while and add your no 2 above.

  4. 4

    Continue to stir, add water enough to cook your pasta, add spices, salt, seasoning and ground crayfish. Allow to boil.

  5. 5

    Add your cut pasta, cover lid and allow to cook.

  6. 6

    Your yummilicious pasta is ready to be serve. Serve with stew of your choice
