I created this recipe, and it was super duper hit in my family every one love it
The crusty orange colour cookie base with chocolate, dulce de leche, nuts
It’s a total pack of yummy things
I can feel the taste of this yummy dessert while writing this story
When ever my daughter saw this pic or even whenever she saw the dulce de leche in grocery store she always asked me to made this beauty again
Even whenever I used this pan or pizza cutter she always think I m making again

Ingredients

30-40 minutes
4-5 ppl
  1. 4 halfroll of Candi biscuits or degistive biscuits
  2. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  3. 1 candulce de Leche or Condensed milk
  4. 250 gmmix nuts
  5. 1 cupgrated fresh coconut
  6. 200 gmcooking chocolate
  7. 100 gmcream

Cooking Instructions

30-40 minutes
  1. 1

    If u don’t Hv dulce de leche, used caramelised condensed milk
    For Carmelization, take a big pan fill with water, put condensed milk (closed can) in it and cook for 3 hours on medium heat. (Water shouldn’t below the can)
    When completely cool (room temperature), put in refrigerator for couple of hours

    Meanwhile in a process crumb Candi biscuits by adding lil by lil melted butter

    Take a pie/tart pan, set a first layer of cookie crumbs & rest in refrigerator

    After couple of minutes add another layer of dulce de leche,

  5. 5

    Then spread mix nuts & coconut.

  6. 6

    Rest in refrigerator for couple of minutes

    Meanwhile made chocolate ganache, melt chocolate with cream in double boiler or microwave (for couple of seconds). Mix it well, spread on top of nuts layered.

    Dizzle some condensed milk & with help of tooth pick make marble effect.

    Rest in refrigerator for couple of hours

    Serve Chill
