Ingredients

  • Pie Crust
  • 300 gramsmargarine/butter
  • 2 tbspgranulated sugar
  • 3egg yolks
  • 500 gramsall-purpose flour
  • Filling
  • 300 mlSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 400 mlwater
  • 8egg yolks (mix well)
  • 30 gramscustard flour
  • 2 tspvanilla milk powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Then add the flour, mix. It will be crumbly, dense it.

  3. 3

    For the filling, mix condensed milk and water in a glass

  4. 4

    Beat well the eggs in a mixing bowl. Pour the milk mix in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Add custard flour and vanilla milk powder. Mix well. Then filter the filling.

  6. 6

    Spread margarine/butter in the pie mold thinly

  7. 7

    Take some of pie crust, dense it in a (Small) Pie mold. Pour the filling

  8. 8

    Bake at low heat for about 30-45 minutes

  9. 9
