Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. 1 quartvegetable oil for frying
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. to tasteChaat Masala

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil then add the potatoes in the hot oil for about half hour, stirring and flipping the potatoes occasionally.

    Remove potatoes from oil with a slotted spoon to drain on paper towel and to cool completely.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with salt & Chaat masala to serve.
