Cooking Instructions

Put oil in a pan, add sliced onions and fry till golden. Add tomatoes and bhunofy it.
Add Salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder saute the spices for 2/3 minutes.
Put this bhonofy mixture in blender with green chillies.and make paste. And set aside - 2
In same pan add some little oil add ginger garlic paste and sauté it.
Add boneless chicken cubes and cook till the chicken changes it's colour then add cumin powder,red chilli flakes. Sauté the spices for half a minute.Add blended mixture (onions, tomatoes and green chillies) to the chicken now add yogurt some water and fenugreek leaves and let it cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes with closed lid.

Then add butter,crushed black pepper, all spice powder and cream.
Cook for a minute.
Garnish with coriander leaves adrak and green chilles
