Ingredients

  1. Boneless Chicken (Cubes) 1/2kgs
  2. Onions (Sliced) 1 medium sized
  3. Tomatoes (Chopped) 3 to4 medium sized
  4. 1 1/2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 5Green Chillies
  6. 1/2 cupYogurt
  7. 4-5 tbspCream
  8. 2 tbspButter
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  11. Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp roasted and grinded
  12. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp roasted and grinded
  13. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  14. 1/2Crushed black pepper
  15. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  16. 1/2 tspAll spice powder(Garam Masala)
  17. 1/2 tspFenugreek leaves(Kasuri methi)
  18. 6-7 tbspCooking oil
  19. Green Coriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in a pan, add sliced onions and fry till golden. Add tomatoes and bhunofy it.
    Add Salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder saute the spices for 2/3 minutes.
    Put this bhonofy mixture in blender with green chillies.and make paste. And set aside

    In same pan add some little oil add ginger garlic paste and sauté it.
    Add boneless chicken cubes and cook till the chicken changes it's colour then add cumin powder,red chilli flakes. Sauté the spices for half a minute.

    Add blended mixture (onions, tomatoes and green chillies) to the chicken now add yogurt some water and fenugreek leaves and let it cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes with closed lid.

    Then add butter,crushed black pepper, all spice powder and cream.
    Cook for a minute.
    Garnish with coriander leaves adrak and green chilles
