Cooking Instructions

First take flour add half t spoon salt, 2 tb spoon oil in it

Then make it's dough by adding water in it slowly gradually then place a side and rest it for 15 minutes

Meanwhile make filling. Take 2 tb spoon oil in a pan and sautee a scallion chopped and 1 t spoon ginger garlic paste in it.

Then add chicken mince and finely chopped green peppers in it.

Then add half t spoon salt, half t spoon red chilli flakes,half t spoon black pepper and 1 tb spoon soya sauce in it

Cook well until water gets dry

Now make a large tortilla and cuts circles of it with cutter or glass.

Put filling on it and make dumplings

Meanwhile boil water in a pan and put dumplings in it

Add remaining mince mixture in water too along with dumplings. add a tb spoon soya sauce in it.

Cook for 10 minutes on low flame.Ready

Serve with desired sauces
