Ingredients

  1. 4chicken breasts boneless
  2. 1 cupbuttermilk
  3. 1 teaspoonsoya sauce
  4. 2large eggs beaten
  5. 2 cupsflour
  6. 1 teaspoonssalt
  7. 3/4 teaspoonpepper
  8. 1/8 teaspoonpaprika powder
  9. 1/8 teaspoongarlic powder
  10. 1/8 teaspoonbaking powder
  11. oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces each

    Heat the oil in a deep pan on medium high heat

  3. 3

    Soak chicken in a bowl with the buttermilk and soya sauce for 30 minutes.

    Add the eggs to one bowl

  5. 5

    The flour and spices to a second bowl.

  6. 6

    Dip each piece of chicken from the buttermilk bowl to the flour mixture

  7. 7

    Dip it into the eggs then back into the flour mixture.

  8. 8

    Shake excess flour gently off and put the chicken onto a baking sheet

  9. 9

    Repeat with all the pieces.

  10. 10

    Fry the chicken in small batches for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
