Ingredients

4-5 persons
  1. 1 cupghee
  2. 2large onion in sliced
  3. 5-6black cardamon
  4. 3-4cloves
  5. 1flower badian phool
  6. 1/2black pepper
  7. 2-3cinnamon stick
  8. 1 tspblack cumin seed
  9. 1 tbspsalt or as required
  10. 1 tsppaprika powder
  11. 2 tbspcoriander roasted
  12. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  13. 1 cupyougart
  14. 1/4jaifle powder
  15. 1/4jawatry powder
  16. 1/4 grammasala powder
  17. 1/4 tspkewra water
  18. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  19. 2 tbspjulian ginger
  20. 10-12Almond
  21. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

    Warm up some ghee in a pot and add sliced onion in it. When the onion become crispy brown take them a side and cool it and crushed it.

    Add all dry spices ginger garlic paste in left over ghee and mix it well,Now add mutton to fry and mix and cook for 10 min.

    At the end addgaram masala powder butter and kewra water with julian ginger and cover with lid.

    Add one glass water and let it cook for 30 min.after 30 min add paprika coriander red chilli and mix well 2 min.

  5. 5

    Turn off flame and add yougart and mix well 2 min now turn the flame on again and add nut meg powder and jawatry powder and mix well then leave it on dum.

    Garnish with almond and serve withh garam garam nan.
