Ingredients

  1. 1 kgkarela
  2. 200 gms Chana dal .
  3. salt as per taste.
  4. 1 tea spoonGarlic paste
  5. Haldi,
  6. Red chilli powder,
  7. Saunf,
  8. Kalongi and
  9. 1 tea spoon.Whole coriander
  10. 1 medium size.Tomato
  11. 1 medium sizeOnion .
  12. 1 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the bitter gourd and remove seeds, cut into small pieces. And fry in one cup oil and onion.(may nay salt laga Kar karela kabhi nahi wash Kia per wo bitter nahi hotey.🤔

    Fry until golden and add all spices and salt.

    Mix boiled chana dal,dal should not be mashy. add tomato and garlic paste.

    When tomato incorporate properly turn off the flame and garnish with sautey green and red button chillies then sprinkle green coriander and serve with chapati.
