  9. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  10. 1 tablespoonbutter
  11. 1 teaspoonwhite vinegar
  12. Chocolate Cream Ingredients:

  14. 100 gramsbutter
  15. Sprinkles for decoration

    In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
