In a kadai add oil when hot add oil, mustard seeds and jeera. When it crackle add hing.

Now add chopped onion. Cook it, add ginger garlic paste and tomato.

Cook it nicely.Now add all dry masala.Cover with lid on it add water. Cook for 15 min.

Now add jaggery, coconut and salt.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.
