  1. 1

    Sab se phly pot main pani dal ke boil karin ab is main gosht dal dain. Gosht ko boil aey to jagh utar dain. Phir is main namak or lehsan dal dain"30"mint ke ley cover kar ke halki anch pe rakhin.

Phir sary powder masala dal dain. Kali mirch. Sonf powder. Haldi. Lal mirch. Kashmiri Lal mirch. Namak. Adrak. Paprika powder. Dal dain or mix karin or bun lain achi tarhan se.

    Gosht achy se bun jai to yahkni dal dain. "1-2" boil any ke baad 40 mint ke ley pakka lain cover ni karna.

    "40" mint ke baad Oil alagh Ho jai to serving bowl main dal ke uper hara dania or green chilli dal ke serve karin or enjoy karin nan ke sath. 😍
