Ingredients

2 hrs
5 to 6 servings
  1. For dough
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1tblspn sugar
  5. 1tblspn Dry yeast
  6. 1tblspn dry milk water
  7. 2tblspn oil
  8. 1 cupwarm milk
  9. 1egg
  10. For filling
  11. 1/2 cupboil and shreded chikhn
  12. 2tblspn chopped onion
  13. 1/4 cupflour
  14. 2tblspn butter
  15. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  16. 1 tspsalt
  17. 1egg
  18. 1 tspsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take out all the ingredients like flour.salt.dry yeast.dry milk powder milk oil

    Mix all the ingredients well and khneed the soft dough

    Put it in air tight box for 2 hrs

  4. 4

    Now make filling.in a pan add butter chopped onion fry it

  5. 5

    Will chnge into translucent then add flour fry it turn off the flame and add milk or stirr well with the whisk.

    Then add shreded chikhn black pepper or salt keep cooking till mixture will be thick.

    Now keep aside

    Take out dough and knead again

    Cut into 2 parts

    Take 1 part make round of it then make a roti of it

  11. 11

    Put the chikhn mixture on the center and make cuts around like strips then fold strips in cross way

    Then brush edd on the top

  13. 13

    And sprinkle sesame seeds

  14. 14

    Put it in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 mintes on 180 °
