Ingredients

  1. 6chops
  2. 1.5 tspsalt
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspred powder
  6. 1 tbsptandoori Masala
  7. 1 tspChilli flakes
  8. 1 tspgaram Masala powder
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspjayfl javatri powder
  11. 1onion chopped
  12. green coriander little bunch chopped
  13. 1green chilli chopped
  14. 2 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chops first

  2. 2

    Then boil chops in 2.5 cups water add turmeric powder and 1tsp salt in it. add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste in it

    When water become dry and chops 90 percent tender take it out and keep a side

  4. 4

    In a bowl add yogurt and add all spices in it mix well make paste and add salt half tsp.

    Add lemon juice in it

  6. 6

    Add all chops pieces in it mix well rest for 1 hour

  7. 7

    Then Fry in a normal flame from both sides till crispy

  8. 8

    At last pour coal and heat on it, yummy Tandoori chops ready to serve
