Add salt and oil in atta

Then knead it with warm water

Knead well

Then leave it for rest 30 min

Cover it with muslin cloth

Then take a dough round it in shape

Then roll it in a round shape with roller

Transfer roti on warm tawa

First for half min one side

Then flip it

Now with a cloth or flat spoon make press roti on tawa

If you add 2 drop of oil in this stage on roti it will become more softer
