Cooking Instructions

ALKALINE RANCH DRESSING:
½ Cup of Grapeseed Oil
¼ Cup of Spring Water
½ Cup of Hemp Seeds
1 Large Shallot Clove Chopped or Minced (garlic flavor)
1 Handful of Fresh Dill (add according to taste for tangy taste)
1 Tablespoon of Onion Powder (add according to taste)
½ to 1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt (add according to taste)
2-4 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
1 to 1 ½ Avocados (add to flavor and creaminess)
¼ to ½ Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
Blend all ingredients together. Add water, lime juice or

CUCUMBER SALAD:
Dice 2-4 Cucumbers
Slice ½ to 1 White or Red Onion
Mix ingredients in a bowl and and add the Alkaline Ranch Dressing. Cover container and refrigerate.
