Red velvet cake 🎂🍰

It was about 2 years ago when I start baking I often saw red velvet cake on Facebook which looked very beautiful,so one day I decided to make this,that time I don't have enough ingredients and also don't have enough knowledge about cooking and baking,I searched on Google and select one recipe, according to recipe I added 2 tbsp of red food color,when all work was done and tasted cake it was too much saltish😄😄😄😄 I don't know at that time that powder colour are saltish in taste, although cake was salty but yet it was perfectly baked,this time I keep my previous experience in mind 😄😄😄 and use liquid food color,this time it was perfect in taste Alhamdulillah 😍 I didn't use cream cheese bcuz my brother don't like this

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 2 tbspCocoa powder
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1 tbspvinegar
  5. 3 pinchessalt
  6. 1/2 cupbutter
  7. 1 1/2 cupssugar
  8. 2eggs
  9. 1 TSPvanilla essence
  10. 3 TSPred food color liquid
  11. 1 tbspBaking powder
  12. 1 TSPBaking soda
  13. For frosting
  14. 2 cupschilled whip cream

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take flour,Cocoa powder

    Baking powder soda,mix them and sieve it

  3. 3

    In separate cup take milk add vinegar and make buttermilk, and add food color put it on side

    In bowl take sugar and butter,beat it until it becomes creamy, then add eggs one by one and beat again

    When it becomes creamy add vanilla essence

  6. 6

    In batter of eggs first add some quantity of dry ingredients and then add colored milk

    Similarly add all both things and make smooth batter

    Grease baking mould and put all batter in it tap it 2,3 times

    Pre heat stove oven for 15 minutes and then put mould on it and bake this for 35,40 minutes

    When cake becomes cool on room temperature cut it as shown

    In a chilled bowl add chilled cream and beat it until stif peaks

    Now take one slice of cake apply cream on it

    Plain it

    Put second slice and similarly apply cream

    Make the top of cake smooth with scapula

    Make Rossetti with 1M nozzle put some crumbs on the top

    Red velvet cake is ready put it in fridge for 30 minutes before serving
