Aik part side par rakh dyn duray waly me hum ny cocoa powder add larna hy. Aik bowl me cocoa powder milk dal k kic karyn aur dough ko us me knead karyn achi trhan se thora sa sticky hota hy aur time lyta hy lekinphr normal hona strt hojata hy. Same method punch and fold.

Ab 4 pairy bana lyn whit wali dough k medium aur chocolate wali dough k small 8 bnalyn.

Phly white wali dough ko pehla lyn lmbai me use me chocolate wali dough ko rkhyn same shape me lambai me aur roll kardyn is trhan se. 8 by 8 *k square mold me sary rolls set kardyn. Pot ko pre heat karyn aur us me mold ko rakh dyn high flame 10 minutes phr 20 minutes low medium flame par. Jab 50 % bread ready jojy to egg wash kardy.

The bread came out so very soft and fluffy. The rounds were so good but the bottom of them turned hard on the second day, but the bread was perfect. I had my rounds on the bottom rack of the oven which is gas. I am thinking they may have gotten too hot. We have 2 racks in the oven.
