Ingredients

3_4 person
  1. 1 cupUrad dal
  2. 1medium sized tomato
  3. Green chilli
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1/2 TbspSalt
  6. 1 tbspred chilli
  7. 1/2 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
  8. 1/3 tbspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

    Dip the pulse in water for at least 1 hour & boil. Add salt during boiling it.

    Cut & fry the onion till its colour starts to change.

  3. 3

    Add 2_3 tbsp of water, red chilli, turmeric powder, green chilli, dried fenugreek leaves & tomato.

  4. 4

    When all the ingredients mixed well, add pulse & cook for 3_5 mins.

  5. 5

    Add half cup of water & cook on low flame for 5_10 mins.

  6. 6

    Urad dal is ready to serve.
