Simple & Superb Korean Spicy Cucumbers

This is extremely delicious, so I would really like you to try it!
It also tastes great if you add chicken tenders or tomatoes!s!
Strike the cucumbers! Compared to when they're simply sliced, the flavors diffuse into them in a completely different way!
Make sure to let them rest in the fridge for no less than 20 minutes.
The sesame oil must be added at the end! Recipe by makopon2

Korean Style Cucumber Salad Korean Style Cucumber Salad
I was looking for something to go with a steak dish I was trying, called Japanese Steak Rice Bowl. (Japanese Style Steak Rice Bowl https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/recipes/4643016-japanese-style-steak-rice-bowl ) This Korean cucumber salad looked like it might fit the bill. It was perfect, really added a nice offset to the slightly sweet sauce on the steak. Now to be fair, I'm not a huge fan of cucumbers, it's a take or leave it kind of thing. But I tell you what, this thinly sliced English cucumber, in this light pickle was perfection. I used a medium hot red pepper powder, and it was not spicy. The flavors were fresh and just happen to be perfect with the steak. Without the lime juice, it had a very slight acidic taste, if you want it a tad more, use the lime/lemon juice also. Fo Fa -
Chinese-Style Spicy Marinated Cucumbers Chinese-Style Spicy Marinated Cucumbers
I wanted to eat pickled cucumbers that were not Japanese-style, so I made them spicy by adding ra-yu spicy chili sesame oil. This is simple, so I don't have tips. But if you lett the flavours blend for a long time, go easy on the chili oil and the soy sauce etc... Mix the cucumbers and pickling sauce while pickling in the Tupperware about halfway through.
