Beetroot ko peel kar k Knife sy Chopped kar lein.

Pan Mein 2 & Half Tbs Olive Oil K Sath Arher Daal,Chana Daal,1/4 Zeera or 4-5 Dakni Mirch Shamil kar k Soute Krain.
Phir Ginger ka piece Shamil kar k 1 Min more Cook krain. - 3
Ab Beetroot Shamil kar k Mix krain phir 1/4 Tsp Salt Shamil kar k Mix Krain.

Ab 1/4 Pani Shamil krain or 3-4 Min Cover kar k Cook krain k Pani Dry hojye Or Beetroot Soft Hojye.

Thori deir Thanda krain phir Blender mein Beetroot, Crushed coconut,1/4 Cup water,1/4 Tsp Salt,Lemon juice Add kar k Achi Trha Blend kar lein.
